Warranty: If you are not completely delighted with your Ceramic Speakers, you can return them for any reason (or no reason at all) and receive a prompt, complete refund. Product carries a one year warranty.

We use Priority Shipping. Delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Should an order require a second box, the customer will be notified about additional shipping costs.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Article22 | Article22 Trading Co. online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
Sale merchandise are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses.
Article 22 / Article 22 Trading Co. is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCEDURE:
1. Before Sending out your return / exchange package, please email hello@shoparticle22.com and include the following information: name, phone #, Order #, Style # to be returned, and request a Return Authorization #.
2. Your Return Authorization number (RA#) will be emailed to you once we process your return request; please allow up to 72 hours for processing. All requests for RA numbers must be made via email.
3. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.
4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your # very visibly on the outside of the package.
5. Returns will not be accepted without an RA# from Article22|Article22 Trading Co.
