Orders are shipped out twice a week. Depending on the day your order is placed, it will be sent on the following Tuesday or Friday (whichever is closest) and should take 3-7 business days to arrive. Once it has shipped, you can expect a confirmation email from us letting you know that your order is on its way. We ship via UPS ground only.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, no problem. Just return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to issue an exchange or refund. (Unfortunately shipping fees are non refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Questions? wtf@subports.com
